Outside of the salon, she’s usually with her two babies, reorganizing something in her house, or romanticizing a Target run with an iced coffee in hand.

She’s passionate about creating a welcoming, uplifting vibe, where everyone feels comfortable, cared for, and like they belong. When she’s not at the salon vibing with her team, you can find her making memories and traveling with her daughter, dancing in the kitchen while cooking, hunting down the best pastries and coffee, snuggling her kiddo and pugs, or wandering the aisles of Home Goods.

She brings warmth, creativity, and calm energy into every client experience, When she’s not in the salon, she’s raising twins, tending to her garden, or enjoying a good book.

Lexi's goal is always to give your hair you're genuinely obsessed with!

Outside of work, Ava enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend, grabbing her favorite 7 brew drinks, shopping, and making the most out of life. She brings positive energy, kindness, and creativity into everything she does both inside and outside the salon.
